I am an Ambassador! It is a very important job! I get to go out and meet folks and help them learn about Minis and Pipsqueak Paddocks!

Caring from the Classroom is a project inspired by Kathy Wright and her 2009/2010 grade 3/4 class.
Mrs. Wright and her students took it upon themselves to raise funds for Pipsqueak Paddocks and educate themselves about Miniature Horses and being good animal stewards. Among other areas such as teamwork, research, writing, public speaking and art, they have incorporated math skills by graphing their fundraising progress. We are currently collecting all of their ideas to put on another page to help us inspire other teachers to formulate their own project. Mrs Wright's class had a visit from Glee, a success story and Pipsqueak Paddocks' first rescue case. Her adopted owner, Margaret, was happy to take her to the school so that the kids could meet her. Everybody had a blast! The kids also had the opportunity to name "Apple", who was the next Mini who came to us after they made their amazing donation of $400! Pipsqueak Paddocks would like to thank Kathy Wright for her vision and for understanding the importance of teaching children to care about the world around them and that they CAN make a difference! |

Hi kids! ![]() My name is Mulligan and I am a Miniature Horse. I am a bit extra special because I have "dwarfism". That just means that I am really, really short and I have some issues. I have an underbite, which makes my smile pretty funny! I am a bit funny-shaped and my legs are kind of wobbly but I LOVE to run and I bet I would win if we had a race! If you have a question about Miniature Horses, please ask it below here and I'll be happy to answer it for you! (It can take up to a day to show up and for me to answer it... I do have other things to do... like eat... sleep in the sunshine... and bug the other Minis!) |
