Glee looked like an alien hamster when she first arrived with us.  We had the vet out immediately - and she cried.  Glee was literally skin and bone - there was no muscle mass to speak of.  It was many weeks before she could even lift her head.  Glee was our first rescue and the inspiration to create Pipsqueak Paddocks.

We bathed her on a warm spring day about three months after we aquired her.  She was still not much to look at.

Glee required many sessions of muscle and bone manipulations as she put weight on.  You can see here, with her coat wet, how much muscle she had lost.

One year later, Glee was at a nice weight.  

Glee blossomed into a true companion.  She is a very quirky and talkative horse.  She is a pro in the cart and loves to go driving!

We had Glee at Pipsqueak Paddocks for many years, for she was our first and favourite Mini.  One day I got an enquiry from a home that was too perfect to pass up for her.  She is now in a loving home where she gets to go driving on a regular basis and one of her adoptors just happens to be an equine masseuse! 

Glee is getting to know her new owners.

She is hoping that we've passed on the info about her fondness for carrots!

Glee made a star appearance at a little girl's birthday party! LOL Apparently they cried when she had to leave!
