The Silver Dapple came to us in pretty rough shape. He could barely breathe and barely walk. He had rain scald, foundered feet, lice and worms.
-
However, he was very friendly and surprised us with his willing attitude despite the pain that he was in.

He was named "Moses" in our "Name That Mini" fundraiser.

It didn't take long for the good food, farrier work and TLC to kick in!
-
Once he was feeling a bit better, we had him gelded.
-

The day we picked him up, on the ride home, I made a call. I was very thrilled to be able to tell Margaret that I had finally come across a potential match for Glee! She was immediately smitten and his new name became Joc, short for Jocularity - the perfect match for Glee!
-
Joc astounded us all with his speedy recovery! From shuffling around to running around in under two months!
-
He was finally recovered enough to go to his new home and meet Glee! She pretended to be upset with him at first, which we expected.

It didn't take long for them to become friends though. We are really looking forward to future pictures of these two together!
